The customer happiness center at Sharjah in 2012, and is considered one of the happiness center in the Ministry of Health & Prevention and is located at the Gate tower building at Al khan area. The center offer a group of services for its customers, and below are the key information of the center:​

Sick Leaves and Medical ReportsAttestations of Sick Leave and medical reports.
Licensing & Registration of Healthcare FacilitiesLicensing and registration of Medical Establishments, and Pharmaceutical
Continuous Medical Training and EducationIssuing Certificate of Training Pharmacist During Study Training Pharmacist.
Issuing Completion Certificate of Pharmacist Training.
Training Assistant Pharmacist.
Issuing Completion Certificate of Assistant Pharmacist Training.
Request Continuous Medical.
Training and Education for health professionals.
Regulation of Anesthetic drugs and chemical precursorsEnquires and payments:
Provide Monitor Prescriptions Book.
Provide a register for controlled or semi-controlled drugs.
Authorize a pharmaceutical company to Dispose any pharmaceutical products as medical waste.
Medical Profession AssessmentEnquires:
Issuing evaluation and renewal of healthcare professionals including doctors , pharmacists, and technicians in different specialties and levels.
