Council Objective:
Enhancing the Service of Complaints About Private Health Facilities and Their Medical Staff
Opinions, Recommendations and Suggestions:
Ensure transparency in communication by giving the customer access to request/complaint status through the ‘Track and Trace’ feature, which is made available in coordination with the Medical Liability Committee.
Monitor the medical staff to ensure they do not prescribe medications that are not in the area of their competence.
Doctors shall be requested not to require additional or unnecessary tests from patients as specified by the Code of Medical Ethics.
