Council Objective:
To inhance and tailor the service to meet the specific needs of customers.
Opinions, Recommendations and Suggestions:
- Some customers complain about a malfunction in the checkout page, which prevents them from completing their application (OTPs aren't received to finalize the payment process).
- Approach the Information Technology (IT) Department about system delays and slow transaction times during midday (specifically 01:00-02:00 pm).
- Consider customizing text message alerts about the application stages to ensure transparency between customers and service owners and to keep customers informed about the status of their applications.
