Council Objective:

Enhancing the licensing of a visiting Doctor

Opinions, Recommendations and Suggestions​:

• Customers prefer to add a feature for issuing an immediate license.

• Renewing License of a Visiting Doctor: Everytime the doctor license is renewed, the license number is changed automatically. Customers prefer to use a unified and permanent license number.

• A proposal to add 'display status' feature in colors. For example: the green color refers to 'The operation completed succesfully', and the red color refers to 'The transaction was rejected' and so on.
