In line with the Ministry of Health and Prevention's efforts to provide the best smart services to its customers, the Ministry regularly updates these services to drive in faster transactions on a 24-hour basis. The move also aims to increase awareness on the services, including its processes, through various channels that reach out to large segments of society.
Through this consultation, MOHAP aims to measure society’s awareness of the smart services provided by the Ministry and collect their opinions and suggestions on ease of access and how well they know the services.
MOHAP will study all responses and suggestions to improve the methods used to increase awareness among the customers and know the channels they prefer to use.
