In line with the government's strategy for electronic and intelligent transformation, the Ministry of Health and Prevention is keen to provide a package of electronic and smart services through its website and smart application in order to facilitate obtaining services by completing customer’s transactions in an easy and quick way without having to visit the centers of happiness customers
Objectives
The Ministry of Health and Prevention aims through this consultation to measure customers satisfaction about the electronic and smart channels available to get services and their assessment of the awareness campaigns, as well as to monitor their opinions and development proposals in this regard
Decision
After monitoring all the opinions and suggestions of the public, the Ministry of Health and Prevention will study and analyse it and take the necessary procedures to develop and improve thr electronic and smart channels to obtain the services and awareness channels used
