HE AbdulRahman bin Mohammad Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), has discussed avenues of cooperation with HE Stephen Donnelly, the Irish Minister of Health as well as ways of exchanging expertise in the health fields, and opening up fruitful horizons to achieve common health goals and improve health services.
Held at the Ministry’s Headquarters in Dubai in conjunction with the Health & Wellness Week, the meeting was attended by the Irish Secretary general at the Department of Health Robert Watt and several senior Emirati health officials.
Al Owais lauded the strong relations binding the UAE with Ireland across several vital areas, stressing that the cooperation between the UAE’s Ministry of Health and the Irish counterpart will continue to flourish to cover greater health fields, thanks to the promising opportunities available for joint work, and both sides’ desire to benefit from each other’s expertise in health information systems and digital technology.
