The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has called on its customers, including individuals and private sector entities, to participate in the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program Questionnaire.
The questionnaire aims to measure the impact of recent improvements introduced to facilitate service provision, reduce procedures, eliminate duplicate requirements, and establish a leading user experience in the health sector, aligning with the UAE government's commitment to delivering innovative services.
