A delegation from Dubai Police has visited the User Experience (UX) Lab at the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), an innovative tool being used as part of the country's digital transformation strategy, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
While welcoming the delegation, Maher Al Mulla, Director of the Customer Happiness Department at the Ministry, stressed that the Ministry is committed to exchanging expertise and fostering partnerships with various government entities to provide top-notch services and practices that prioritize customer satisfaction. Al Mulla emphasized that the Ministry will spare no effort to expand the use of technology and artificial intelligence to position the UAE as a leader in digital solutions worldwide.
Maher Al Mulla and Maitha Al Shuwaihi, Director of User Department, showcased the Ministry's innovative approaches to enhancing customer satisfaction to the visiting delegation. They provided a detailed introduction to the laboratory's various departments and their operational methodologies, specifically designed to prioritize customer needs, focusing on comprehending and aligning with the behaviours exhibited by individuals when interacting with the relevant authority.
The delegation expressed their admiration for MoHAP's experience in the digital health sector, particularly highlighting the role of the UX Lab in advancing the Ministry's customer happiness initiatives.
