HE Abdulrahman bin Mohamed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), emphasized that the UAE and Qatar boast a rich cultural and social legacy, which forms a crucial foundation for upgrading their strong brotherly relations. The minister said that the UAE-Qatar ties are deeply rooted in history and will continue to be a major guarantor of the GCC's stability and prosperity.
Speaking on the occasion of the Qatari National Day, Al Owais extended his deepest congratulations to the leadership and people of Qatar, wishing them further progress, development, and prosperity.
He stressed that regular high-level meetings between the two nations would not only enhance their coordination on a number of Gulf, regional, and international issues of mutual concern but would also develop their bilateral cooperation in many vital sectors, thus serving the best interests of the two peoples in particular and strengthening the Gulf unity in general.
The minister said the UAE and Qatar share strong and well-established fraternal relations that lay solid foundations for a prosperous future, adding that both countries are determined to advance their cooperation in many sectors, especially the economic, cultural, and creative spheres.
