The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced it is going to participate in the GITEX Technology Week, which will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 10 to 14.
Throughout the five-day event, the Ministry will showcase a number of digital initiatives, its milestones and innovative projects, as well as the latest health systems and technological solutions designed to increase customer satisfaction and solidify its position as one of the most significant leaders in the national digital transformation.
The ministry invites experts and those interested to visit its platform, located under the digital government pavilion in Sheikh Saeed Hall No. 31, to find out more about the latest health technology solutions from MoHAP which are designed to meet the needs of both the present and the future of healthcare as well as to boost its competitiveness.
The Ministry said it is keen to participate in GITEX Technology Week to exchange expertise and experience, support and keep pace with smart information systems, while also fostering relationships with foreign technology firms and domestic government bodies.
During the event, the ministry will also highlight its achievements in the field of digital health and will showcase best practices and innovations in digital health.
The Ministry noted that it has developed a comprehensive and integrated strategy to provide innovative solutions in health data management in accordance with the highest international practices and will continue to upgrade its integrated digital health system to enhance its capabilities, and support the health sector's readiness for potential challenges. It reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the UAE's leading position not only in the smart and digital health sector but also in the global innovation industry.
