Ministry of Health and Prevention announces Visiting Doctors Program for June 2018

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has announced the details of their Visiting Doctors Program for the month of June 2018. The program is an ongoing initiative where medical experts, specialists, and professionals from various parts of the world are invited to come visit the UAE to help provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to local patients. Doctors participating in this month's program will be visiting Al Qassimi Hospital and Obaidullah Hospital to offer their medical expertise, share their knowledge and provide insight into certain medical issues. This month's list of visiting doctors includes Dr. Jean Fajader and Dr. George Tadros.

Dr. Fajader is currently a co-director of the Interventional Cardiology Unit of Clinique Pasteur in Toulouse, France. He obtained his medical degree and a diploma in cardiology from Toulouse University Hospital. Dr. Fajader's expertise the evaluation of new technologies in Interventional Cardiology. He will be visiting Al Qassimi Hospital from June 3 to June 7, 2018. 

Meanwhile, Dr. George Tadros is the Deputy Medical Director of the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust. He completed his medical graduation and PG Diploma in Neurology & Psychiatry from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Alexandria, Egypt. He then pursued MRCPsych and FRCPsych from the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK. Geriatric Psychiatry Dr. Tadros’ area of expertise. He will be visiting Obaidallah Hospital from June 24 to June 28, 2018.
