About the Service

This service enables customers to request the issue of a replacement for an original birth certificate.

Service Process

  • 1
    Submit the application through the e-system and pay the fee or submit the application through Public health centers.

  • 2
    Once the documents and original copies are verified, the birth certificate will be issued.

  • 3
    The certificate should be collected by the father or his representative from Public health centers or receive an electronic copy by email in accordance with the desire of the customer.

Conditions & Requirements

  1. The presence of the father and the mother or an authorized delegated person.

  2. Submission of all original documents) Passport of the mother or father and the person concerned).

  3. If the applicant for a replacement certificate is currently living abroad, copies of original documents are required plus the power of attorney of a representative assigned to receive the certificate. If they don’t have any relatives to receive the replacement certificate for the birth certificate, the staff of the concerned consulate can receive it by having them a letter indicating his authorization for that person to receive the certificate on his behalf, stamped by embassy.

  4. Review of status of original certificate to provide them the replacement of loss birth certificate.
