About the Service

This service allows pharmacy students to obtain approved training as pharmacists and assistant pharmacists in private pharmaceutical facilities.

Service Process

Visit a Customer Happiness Center in the emirate in which the facility is located to collect a form.

Fill in the pharmacy training application form and get it approved by the pharmacy.

Submit the completed application to the Customer Happiness Center.

Training approval will be issued and given to the applicant.

Conditions & Requirements

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology (for pharmacist) or a Diploma in Pharmacology (for assistant pharmacist.)
Training commencement form must be approved by the Director of the Drug Department and stamped by the department.
Training must be provided within official morning working hours and under the supervision of the pharmacist in charge.
Training must be over a period of 8 hours.
Prior approval must be obtained before the training commences.

This service accepts documents authenticated with the UAE PASS Digital Seal.

Required Documents

Application form for training in the pharmacy approved by the Drug Department, stating the date of training commencement.
The form should have name and signature of the pharmacist in charge and stamped by the pharmacy
A copy of a valid passport and residence visa.
Copies of authenticated academic certificates.
Two recent passport-size photographs.
