Article (27)
Before the date of the implementation of this Law, all private health facilities in the State must
regularize their status in accordance with this Law’s provisions and executive regulations within a
period not exceeding one year from the date of the issuance of its executive regulation, otherwise
their license shall be deemed null and void.
Article (28)
The payable fees in implementation of the provisions of this Law and its executive regulations are
determined by a decision of the Cabinet.
Article (29)
Upon the proposal of the Minister, the Cabinet shall issue the executive regulations of this Law
within six months from the date of publication of this Law.
Article (30)
Any text that violates or contradicts the provisions of this Law shall be canceled. Moreover,
Federal Law No. 2 of 1996 on Private Health Facilities shall be canceled and its executive
decisions shall survive cancellation and remain applicable until the executive regulations and
decisions of this Law are issued, without prejudice to its provisions.
Article (31)
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force six months from the
date of its publication.
