Federal Law No. (4) of 2015 on Private Health Facilities
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
Upon Consideration of the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Mandates of Ministries, Powers of Ministers and its
amendments;
- Federal Law No. 7 of 1975 on the Practice of Human Medicine Profession, and its
amendments;
- Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 on the Organization of Labor Relations and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 27 of 1981 on Communicable Diseases Prevention;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 1984 on the Practice of Some Health Professions by Non-Doctors
and Non-Pharmacists;
- Federal Law No. 8 of 1984 on Commercial Companies, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 3 of 1987 Promulgating the Penal Code, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 35 of 1992 on the Criminal Procedural Law, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 15 of 1993 Regulating Human Organs Transplantation;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 1995 on Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances, and its
amendments;
- Federal Law No. 2 of 1996 on Private Health Facilities;
- Federal Law No. 10 of 2008 on Medical Liability;
- Federal Law No. 11 of 2008 on Licensing of Fertilization Centers in the State;
- Federal Law No. 18 of 2009 Regulating the Registration of Births and Deaths;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 2011 on Public Revenues of the State,
And in accordance with the presentations made by the Minister of Health, approval of the Cabinet,
the Federal National Council, and the ratifications of the Federal Supreme Council;
We have promulgated the following Law:
