In the event of conviction, the court shall decide, in addition to the sentences
stipulated in this law, to confiscate the seized materials and advertising
materials, and it may order to close the facility as well.

A Ar rt ti ic cl le e ( (1 18 8) )

The imposition of the sentences stipulated in this law shall not prejudice any
more severe sentence stipulated under any other law.

A Ar rt ti ic cl le e ( (1 19 9) )

The Minister of Justice, in agreement with the Minister and in coordination with
the competent authority, shall issue a resolution identifying the personnel having
the capacity of judicial control officers in demonstrating the violation of the
provisions of this law and the regulations and resolutions implementing the
same, within the scope of their competences.

The Council of Ministers shall issue the executive regulations for this law.

A Ar rt ti ic cl le e ( (2 21 1) )

Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this law shall
be repealed.

A Ar rt ti ic cl le e ( (2 22 2) )

This law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force
from the day following the date of its publication.
