Chapter 6
                                                      Final Provisions
                                                         Article 42
               The Minister, in coordination with the health authority, shall issue the national programs of major
               communicable diseases.

                                                         Article 43
               The  Ministry  shall  establish  a  national  registry  for  monitoring  and  listing  the  communicable
               diseases, and any other related regulations.

                                                         Article 44
               The Minister may make any amendment to any of the tables of communicable diseases attached
               hereto in coordination with the health authority and the amendment decision shall be published in
               the Official Gazette.

                                                         Article 45
               Upon coordination with the health Minister, the Cabinet shall issue, after coordination with the
               health authority, the executive regulations  of this  Law within six months from the date of its
               implementation.

                                                         Article 46

               Federal  Law  No.  27  of  1981  Concerning  the  Prevention  of  Communicable  Diseases  shall  be
               canceled as well as any other ruling that violates or contradicts the provisions of this Law.

                                                         Article 47

               This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force thirty days after the
               date of its publication.
