About the Service

This service enables clients to apply for certificates of good professional conduct for medical staff working in the facilities of the Ministry of Health and Prevention.

Service Process

  • 1
    Register in the e-services, create a user name and password (if not already registered), then access the e-system.

  • 2
    Apply on the website and submit the required documents as per the type of sector.

  • 3
    The transaction will be referred to the Ministry of Health and Prevention.

  • 4
    The client (facility) will pay the fees and the transaction will be automatically transferred to the Ministry of Health and Prevention.

  • 5
    The officer concerned will conduct a final review and approve the application if the conditions are met and fees paid in full.

Conditions & Requirements

  1. The client must be assessed by the Ministry of Health and Prevention.

  2. The client must not have been sentenced for a medical offense or violation that prohibits the issuance of the certificate (inclusion in the black list).

  3. The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  4. The client can apply for renewal after the certificate's date of expiry.

  5. In the case of employees in the preventive medicine and dental centers, the director concerned must be the medical director.

  • Letter of experience from the employer attested by the medical director (technical director) - for hospital employees.

  • Letter of experience from the employer (facility) accredited by the medical director of primary health care centers, as per the location of the facility - for workers in primary health care centers.
