  1. Where can I issue an attested copy of the birth certificate?

    • It can be issued from a public health center or submitted through the website or smart app.

  2. How can I request the service in case I’m not in the country?

    • In case you are not in the country, you can delegate a person to request the services on your behalf. Or you can delegate your embassy to carry out the procedures. Please note that those born in Abu Dhabi Emirate (Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain, & Western Region) must contact the Department of Health (DOH). For those born in Dubai Emirate must contact Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and for the rest of the emirates, you can contact the Emirates Health Services (EHS).
