Final Provisions
Article (32)
Judiciary Police
The employees appointed under a resolution of the Minister of Justice in agreement with the head
of competent health authority shall have the capacity of judicial officers with regard to reporting
the violations of the provisions of this Decree Law, its Executive Regulation and resolutions
promulgated in execution hereof.
Article (33)
Executive Regulation
The Cabinet shall issue the Executive Regulation of the provisions of this Decree Law.
Article (34)
Regularization
The existing medical facilities shall, at the time of application of this Decree Law, regularize its
affairs in accordance with the provisions hereof within one (1) year as of the date of entry into
force of this Decree Law. Such period may be extended for a similar term based on a resolution
issued by the Cabinet after presenting the same to the Minister.
Article (35)
Annulment of Contradicting Provision
1. Federal Law No. 15 of 1993 on Human Organs Transplantation shall be annulled.
2. Any provision conflicts or contradicts to the provisions of this Decree Law shall also be
annulled.
Publication in Official Gazette
Article (36)
This Decree Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force after six (6)
months as of its publication date.
