The content you post on any such social media sites may be made broadly available to others inside and outside MOHAP.

Any information transmitted through an email from the MOHAP domain is the property of MOHAP and intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material. If you received an email from us in error, please contact the sender immediately and delete the material.

We may also use or share your information to protect the rights or property of MOHAP, our partners, suppliers, or others when we have reasonable grounds to believe that such rights or property have been or could be affected. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, or the rights of others, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web sites.

MOHAP implements reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help us protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure, but can make no guarantee or take any liability.

We will retain your registration information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services or as necessary.

MOHAP does not deliver third party online advertisements on our Web sites but we are accessible via search engines. Please familiarize yourself with those Web site operators' or network advertisers' privacy policies. MOHAP does not provide any information relating to your usage of MOHAP Web sites to Web site operators or network advertisers.

To allow you to interact with other Web sites on which you may have accounts (such as social media sites), we may provide links or embed third-party apps that allow you to login, post content. We may also provide you with general links to non- MOHAP Web sites via social media, newsletters etc. Your use of these links and apps is subject to the third parties' privacy policies, and you should become familiar with the third party sites' privacy policies before using them. MOHAP is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.

Data is collected based on the user’s voluntary input to seek any additional support from the health authorities. Data is not shared with any 3rd party. This clause applies to Stay Home UAE App.

The App using Camera to capture user’s photo in-order to verify user identity and to ensure that user doing a scheduled check-ins, during quarantine period, is same as the one on-boarded. Photo is stored in-App and in backend, in-case user logs in from a different device. ​

Stay Home UAE App acquires user location information and user photos to ensure that quarantined individuals are following proper Covid-19 quarantine guidelines, and are not going outside the quarantine location, which they have geofenced themselves during check-in.

LOCATION ACCESS:Reaya UAE App acquires user location information to ensure that quarantined individuals are following proper Covid-19 quarantine guidelines, and are not going outside the quarantined location, which they have geofenced themselves during check-in.

Storage:Reaya UAE App is using Storage upon user’s permission to help upload/download documents in the App wherever required.

PHOTO GALLERY:Reaya UAE requires access to photo gallery in-order to enable user attach any photos as an attachment while raising support ticket.

CAMERA:Reaya UAE is using camera upon user’s permission to capture their photo for one-time Check-In, photos will be attached for home quarantined details of the User.
