Pain Points

 

There are issues with the visa and work permit if applying for different branches within the same company.

Difficulty in keeping track of licenses and expiry dates, leading to inefficiencies and potential lapses in compliance.

It is hard to keep track of licenses and their renewal status.

 

 

 

Recommendations

 

Visa and Labor card requirements can be removed as this process takes too long.

Can introduce an excel summary report for staff licenses and their expiry status for the upcoming month. This summary could also mention license specialty and visiting details.

There should be automated notification reminders for renewals.
