This service enables companies and corporations to appeal against previously recorded violations of the conditions and requirements of health advertisements.
Service process

Login to the MoHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS, and submit the application.

The Department of Empowerment & Healthcare Compliance will review and verify the appeal.

If the appeal is rejected, the applicant will be notified with feedback.
