About this service
Service process
Login to the facility's account on MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service.
Submit the application and pay the fee.
An initial inspection will be conducted by the ministry's team.
An initial approval and no objection certificate will be issued to the relevant government entities (such as the municipality and the economic department).
The customer must then submit the remaining documents for final approval.
The staff concerned will conduct a final site inspection and ensure that it complies with the specifications.
The customer must pay the final fee and obtain the license.

Final approval:
A copy of the establishment's lease agreement
A copy of the establishment's trade license
