Application to Change the Name of a Pharmaceutical Facility
About this service
Service process
Login to the MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service. Submit the application, attach the required documents and pay the application fee.
The employee concerned will review and verify the application to make sure it is complete.
Once the application is approved, the customer must pay the required fee.
The application will be approved by the employee concerned and a letter will be issued to the Department of Economic Development from the Customer Happiness Center.
The license with the new name will be issued electronically and sent via email. It can also be downloaded via the website.

Establishment Request Letter
Current trade license issued by the Department of Economic Development
Final approval:
Valid copy of Establishment Trade License with new name
