Service process
Login to the MoHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS
The customer must submit an application for permission to export narcotic drugs and pay the application fee
The application will be examined by the officer in charge, and the documents and requirements will be reviewed
The approval for export will be issued by the Drug Department
The customer must pay the required fees, and proceed with export
Required documents
Import Permit approved by the importing country.
Application for Export Permit.
Invoice/initial invoice.
License issued by MOHAP.
Trade License.
License of pharmacist in charge.
Conditions and requirements
The drug must be registered by MOHAP.
The application should be submitted and fees paid through the e-service channel.
The Export Permit must be valid for two months from the date of approval.
