About this service

This service allows medical companies and factories to obtain authorization permission to export narcotic drugs abroad.

Service process

  • Login to the MoHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS

  • The customer must submit an application for permission to export narcotic drugs and pay the application fee

  • The application will be examined by the officer in charge, and the documents and requirements will be reviewed

  • The approval for export will be issued by the Drug Department

  • The customer must pay the required fees, and proceed with export

Required documents

  • Import Permit approved by the importing country.

  • Application for Export Permit.

  • Invoice/initial invoice.

  • License issued by MOHAP.

  • Trade License.

  • License of pharmacist in charge.

Conditions and requirements

  • The drug must be registered by MOHAP.

  • The application should be submitted and fees paid through the e-service channel.

  • The Export Permit must be valid for two months from the date of approval.

  • Fees for exporting narcotic drugs: 500 AED for each permit
