Three Nursing Winners of the Testahel Award Honored

The three nursing winners of the Distinguished Employee Award (Testahel) -within the medical professions category- have been honored by H.E Dr. Yousif Mohammed Al-Serkal, Assistant Undersecretary for the Hospitals Sector in the Ministry of Health (MOH). The winners were honored in a ceremony organized by the Hospitals Sector and in the presence of Ms. Fatima Al-Wali, from the Department of Corporate Excellence, and Ms. Aysha Ali Al-Mahri, Director of the Department of Nursing. The three winners of the award were: Ms. Jamila Khalaf Al- Hosani, Director of Nursing at Ajman Medical District, Ms. Shaikha Ibrahim Al Ali, Director of Nursing at Umm Al Quwain Medical District, and Mr. Jamal Mohammed Al-Foqaha Senior Charge Technician at Sharjah Medical District.
The launch of the Testahel Award comes as part of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resource’s quest to create human cadres empowered and able to efficiently and effectively perform the tasks assigned to them within all federal ministries and entities, and to motivate all federal government employees to aspire for excellence and creativity in order to accomplish high quality performance. The award further aims to spread the culture of balanced and efficient performance, and to raise productivity, motivation, appreciation of contributions and the development of competencies, and to create an attractive work environment.
