The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has launched the Easy Payment Plan initiative, as part of its commitment to enhancing the quality of life, well-being, and happiness of community members, and to make its services more accessible. This initiative allows individual and corporate customers with credit cards issued by participating banks to pay the ministry’s service fees in installments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, for amounts of AED 1000 or more (T&C apply).

Participating Banks

The Easy Payment Plan is available for credit card holders from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Emirates Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD, Ajman Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), Mashreq Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and Commercial Bank International (CBI). Cardholders can apply by contacting their bank's call center or through other available channels.

How to Apply for Easy Payment Plan

To apply for Easy Payment Plan, customers can contact their bank through call centers or via smart application after paying the fees using their credit cards. Please note that the fees must be at least AED 1000.

Steps to apply for the Easy Payment Plan:

  • Follow the payment collection procedures at MOHAP.
  • The full amount of the fees will be deducted from the customer's credit card.
  • The customer will be notified to contact the bank to apply for the service.
