  • Ensure transparency in communication by giving the customer access to request/complaint status through the ‘Track and Trace’ feature, which is made available in coordination with the Medical Liability Committee.

  • Monitor the medical staff to ensure they do not prescribe medications that are not in the area of their competence.

  • Doctors shall be requested not to require additional or unnecessary tests from patients as specified by the Code of Medical Ethics.
