The traveller can contact the Service Support Team SmartServicesSupport@mohap.gov.ae for technical assistance. If the traveller is unable to submit the application form, he or she can carry the medicines along with the prescription/medical report and a maximum quantity sufficient for three months.

If the medicine isn’t considered as Narcotics or Psychotropics, they can carry their medicines safely without any prior submission.
