About this service

This service allows medical facilities (private, government, and semi-government) to submit their requests to renew the licenses of their nursing practitioners and medical and dental technicians of various specializations and levels.

Service process

  • Login to the MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service.

  • Fill in the information, attach the required documents, and submit the application.

  • If the requirements are met, the application will be approved and the customer will pay the service fees.

  • The license will be issued electronically and sent via email. It can also be downloaded via the website and smart app.

Required documents

  • Number of continuing education hours required for nursing practitioners (20 hours) and medical and dental technicians (10 hours)

  • Valid Insurance Against Medical Faults

  • Valid Labor Card

  • Valid National Identity Card

  • Valid Visa Copy

Conditions and requirements

  • A medical report is required if the doctor is 60 years and above.

  • Number of continuing education hours required for nursing practitioners (20 hours) and medical and dental technicians (10 hours).
