- The United Arab Emirates has authorized the transfer and transplantation of human organs and tissues, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Decree Law No 25 of 2023. Trafficking of human organs is prohibited by the UAE government according to Federal Law No. 51 of 2006 on combating human trafficking crimes.
