As a part of the Drug Administration’s efforts to develop the Service provided for customers and strategic partners, we are pleased to receive audience opinions & suggestions by this e-survey to collect all necessary information about their needs, what 3-services they require.

Target:

This survey aims to improve the level of the service provided, and increase the happiness of our customers; and ensuring their satisfaction on our services.

Decision: 

The team will collect all the opinions & suggestions & share it with the higher management to make further decisions & develop the e-services to match customers’ requirements.
