As part of the Ministry of Health and Prevention's keenness to provide up-to-date and documented information to the public through the ministry's website. The Customer Happiness Center at the Ministry's Office "Dubai" seeks to engage visitors and customers in enriching and updating the content of the customer happiness centers page in order to meet their expectations.



Objectives

Through this consultation, the Ministry of Health and Prevention aims to engage the public by monitoring all their opinions and proposals aimed at developing the content of the Customer Happiness Centers page on the Ministry’s website.



Decision

All public participation will be monitored and presented to the relevant department and implement the necessary measures to update the content of Customer Happiness Centers page to meets all the expectations and needs of the public.
