Digital Participation to measure the impact of developing 'Ajr Wa Aafya' Bundle

 Objective

As part of achieving the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy (ZGB) Program, efforts are being made to enhance procedures for six services related to the attestation of sick leaves and medical reports for federal government employees. The initiative aims to improve the user experience (UX) by streamlining processes, making some of them proactive, and removing unnecessary requirements in alignment with the government's approach to implementing the "One-time Data Provision" principle. Surveys are being prepared and distributed to federal government employees to measure the impact of the improvements introduced through Ajr Wa Aafya Bundle Development Project
