MOHAP Lab for Empowering People of Determination in Zero Bureaucracy
Objective:
Conducting a user lab test with people of determination to empower them within the context of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program, by reducing requirements, publishing necessary guidelines, and ensuring inclusive services while providing a seamless user experience.
Target Group:
MOHAP employees, including a category of people of determination
Decision Making:
The decision is to enable people of determination to actively participate in service design and improvement.
