Measuring the Customer Satisfaction on the Smart Patient Portal & App.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention launched the Smart Patient Portal App through which the patient will be able to register appointments electronically and have access to his/her lab reports to follow up his records. The Ministry is keen on periodically updating and developing the portal to meet customer needs and aspirations.
