In line with its commitment to delivering excellent smart services and boosting customers’ happiness, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has urged customers to make use of two ONLINE services, which allow customers to import medicines for personal use and medical equipment after obtaining an e-permit.

The Ministry also offers the "Mabrouk Ma Yak" bundle exclusively to newborn Emiratis, which involves acquiring a birth certificate and forwarding it to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security to obtain an ID card and passport for infants, as well as adding them to the family book and population registry, all through a single electronic application.

MoHAP’s website was selected to receive this award based on several criteria, including customer-focused design, user interface, content, innovation, functionality, and valuable features.
