Al Olama: Dedicating special day to Emirati children reflects UAE’s commitment to protecting their rights and building promising future for them.

HE Abdulrahman bin Mohamed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), stated that Emirati Doctor's Day is a time to celebrate the vital role and unwavering dedication of doctors.

HE Dr Mohammed Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), emphasized that the designation of March 11th as National Doctor's Day exemplifies the wise leadership's commitment to honoring Emirati doctors and celebrating their significant humanitarian role, dedicated efforts, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the health of the community.

The meeting aimed to discuss the recent developments in the field of healthy diet policies at the regional level, with special emphasis on the UAE and GCC countries, in light of the Strategy on Nutrition for the Eastern Mediterranean Region 2020–2030.
