Under the theme “UAE Health … a Shared Responsibility”, the Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, is taking part in the Arab Health 2020 which is held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, January 27 – 30.

H.E. Dr. Salem Al Darmaki, Adviser to the Minister of the MOHAPو met Holger Mahnicke, Consul General of Germany in Dubai, and met Katrin Schütz, German State Secretary for the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Housing, on the sidelines of the 45th Arab Health taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre from January 27 to 30.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has launched, in cooperation with the National Program for Artificial Intelligence, a National Platform for Radiology and Pathology during the Arab Health 2020, taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre.

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, has discussed with Ian Steff, Assistant Secretary of the Global Markets Commerce's International Trade Administration of the United State, prospects for cooperation and the possibility of signing agreements and partnerships to support investments in the health sector.

H.E. Abdul Rahman Bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), stressed that the UAE and Saudi Arabia are the only two countries in the region that provide organ transplant services. Thanks to their constant coordination and cooperation, both countries have achieved milestones in the organ transplantation field, added the minister.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, in partnership with Abbott, has recently announced the launch of its AI-based program “AlinIQ CDS” to help enhance clinical management through patient-centric insights.
