The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has unveiled the Visiting Consultants Program for the month of December 2019.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has marked the 48th UAE National Day with a grand ceremony, held at its headquarters in Dubai on Wednesday. The gala featured a series of traditional activities that reflected the sense of belonging to the UAE’s union.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Sanofi Aventis Group and Axios Health Education Services, under which MoHAP will launch a new initiative entitled “Ea’nah” (Support) for patients with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) and Relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS), patients with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis), and patients with some cases of severe asthma.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, represented by the Specialized Care and Hospitals Sector Departments, organized a workshop entitled ‘Positive Work Environment and Wellbeing’, for MoHAP’s leaders and employees.The event was held at Crowne Plaza Dubai - Festival City in the presence of Dr. Mona Al Kuwari, Director of Specialized Care Department – Hospitals Sector.

Under the theme “Fight Superbugs”, the Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, and The National Committee of AMR organized an awareness walk at Creek Park, Dubai, in conjunction with the World Antibiotic Awareness Week, which is celebrated each November annually.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, organized the 5th ‘Regional Conference on Best Practice in the Application of International Standards and Quality and Patient Safety Standards’, as part of MoHAP’s efforts to enhance the exchange of experiences and success stories among the participating hospitals.
