The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) recently organized a workshop on emergency response and crisis management. The workshop was held in coordination with the Emirates Foundation “Sanid”, with the participation of employees from all medical districts.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has unveiled today details of the August Schedule of its Visiting Consultants Program, which features an elite group of medical consultants including: Interventional Cardiology, Rheumatology, adult & pediatric Neurosurgery, as well as Pulmonology. 

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has launched many awareness campaigns throughout the year to promote the early detection of hepatitis, especially in conjunction with the World Hepatitis Day, which is marked on July 28 of every year according to the World Health Organization ((WHO). 

Within the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership, fostering cooperation and exchanging experience, a high-level delegation from AstraZeneca conducted a visit to Al Qassimi Hospital for Women & Children to learn closely about hospital facilities, its specialized departments and the level of the diagnostic and therapeutic services provided at the hospital.

MoHAP has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sobi Middle East and Bayti Home Healthcare. The initiative covers all patients with hemophilia "A" and "B" in all the Emirates of the Country, who have difficulties in visiting the medical centers, in order to improve their adherence to the treatment protocols prescribed by their doctors.
