Under the theme “Safe Blood for All”, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), represented by the Sharjah Blood Transfusion and Research Center, celebrated on Thursday, June 13, the World Blood Donor Day which falls on June 14 every year.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has underlined that the Cabinet’s approval for the Executive Regulation of the Federal Law No. 4 of 2016 on medical liability is reinforcing the country’s health system and efficiency of medical services to align with the latest international developments and to consolidate the UAE’s position at the global level.

As part of the UAE Year of Tolerance initiatives, the Family Health Promotion Center of the Primary Health Care Department at the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) organized comprehensive medical examinations program for the inmates of the Correctional and Punitive Establishments, Prisons Department, Sharjah.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced the details of its Visiting Consultants Program for June 2019. This month’s program is featuring 16 doctors and 5 consultants in vital and rare specialties including; pediatric neurology, pediatric hematology, interventional cardiology, robotic surgery, shoulder joint surgery, diabetes, and endocrinology.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) today unveiled the July schedule of its Visiting Consultants Program, which features an elite group of medical consultants, 16 Consultants, in addition to a team of 6 consultants specializing in cardiothoracic surgery. 

As part of its Ramadan initiatives and in conjunction with the Year of Tolerance, the Ministry of Health and Prevention’s Youth Council (MoHAP’s Youth Council) organized, on Thursday evening, a Ramadan night under the theme “Ramadan Zaman” at the Old People’s Home, Sharjah.
