In the framework of the operational plan to achieve the national indicator for the reduction of mortality from cardiovascular diseases, The Ministry of Health and Prevention has launched the Heart Experts program in three stages aims to raise awareness of healthy lifestyles that promote cardiovascular health, identify the extent of cardiovascular diseases in the world and the UAE, and develop a plan to spread awareness in schools and universities by the team of heart experts
Objectives
Through this consultation, the Ministry of Health and Prevention aims to measure public awareness of such national initiatives, and to identify their opinions and constructive proposals that contribute to the promotion of cardiovascular health
Decision
The Ministry of Health and Prevention will monitor all opinions and proposals, then studied by the specialists to take the necessary actions through the intensification of awareness-raising programs and initiatives to achieve sustainable development goals and the national indicator to reduce the death rate caused by heart disease
