After reviewing the public's opinions and proposals , the following measures were taken:

  • Make easy-to-use tests to ensure easy and smooth access to services through electronic channels.
  • Launch a new website and a new smart application for the Ministry to facilitate access to services electronically.
  • Update on the steps to obtain services electronically so that transactions are completed simply and at a lower time.
  • Provide visual materials in Both Arabic and English to illustrate the steps of obtaining the service.



Subject

As part of its strategy to provide the best electronic and smart services to delight customers and achieve the national plan for smart government goals, in line with the aspirations our wise leadership, the Ministry of Health and Prevention provides a package of electronic and smart services through the website and smart app with the aim of facilitating customers journey by completing their transactions without having to visit the customers happiness centers.


Objective

Through this Consultation, the Ministry of Health and Prevention aims to measure customers' satisfaction with electronic and smart services and to monitor their proposals and opinions on the steps of accessing services electronically.
