Objective:
A participatory platform between the Ministry of Health and Prevention and the Ministry of Education, aimed at engaging future leaders in the development of the Ministry's services and channels. It leverages their experiences and preferences, in alignment with the UAE Government's vision of placing people at the center, to ensure services that are simpler, faster, and more flexible.


Target Audience:
School and university students (future customers)


Decision-Making:
More than 20 innovative observations were captured from students (Future Customer Voice) regarding their vision for future services and emerging technologies to enhance the efficiency and performance of digital channels. These included:

- We prefer a simple and fast application instead of visiting the website or coming in person.

We do not prefer waiting.
We expect services to be completed instantly.
- We do not prefer phone calls; we prefer using chatbots.
