About the Service

This services enables medical establishments to submit application to receive controlled drugs prescription pads to be used in prescribing inpatient controlled medicines.

Service Process

  • 1
    Register in the e-services, create a user name and password (if not already registered) and accesses the E- service portal.

      The customer fills the application form requesting the issuance of the controlled drugs book, and submits it via the E-services.

      • 3
        The application will be reviewed and verified by the Drug Department to esnure its appropriateness and completeness.

          If the application is approved, the customer pays the asscociated fees via E-services.

          • 5
            Once the payment is processed, the controlled prescription book will be shipped to the customer via courier.

            Required Documents
