About this service

This service allows addition of a new partner in health facilities, including public and specialized clinics, medical centers, diagnostic and rehabilitation centers, emergency and home health centers, fertility and recuperation centers, one-day surgery centers and hospitals, and hospitals of different sizes and specialties.

Service process

  • Login to the facility's account on the MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service.

  • Submit the application and pay the fees.

  • Once the application is approved, the new partner will be added to the partners list, and the license data will be updated.

  • License will be issued through the e-system without any modification.

Required documents

  • A copy of the facility's license issued by MOHAP.

  • A letter from the owner requesting the addition of a partner in the facility.

  • A copy of the Trade License issued by the Department of Economic Development.

  • A list of partners' names.

  • The partner's name must be mentioned in the Trade License
