About this service
This service enables health facilities to permanently cancel their existing licenses, allowing them to formally discontinue their current licensing status.
Service process
- Login to MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service.
- Upload the request letter for canceling the license of the facility owner.
- Pay the cancellation fees and fines (if any), and submit the application for review.
- Wait for MOHAP's confirmation on your application. Upload any missing information/documents if requested.
- Once MOHAP approves your application, you will receive a notification to download the cancellation letter.
- 1 Login to MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service.
- 2 Upload the request letter for canceling the license of the facility owner.
- 3 Pay the cancellation fees and fines (if any), and submit the application for review.
- 4 Wait for MOHAP's confirmation on your application. Upload any missing information/documents if requested.
- 5 Once MOHAP approves your application, you will receive a notification to download the cancellation letter.

Medical staff licenses must be canceled or transferred prior to the cancellation of the facility.

The facility must pay all outstanding professional and/or facility fines linked to the facility.

If the renewal is delayed, fines will be calculated at a rate of 25% of the facility's basic fees for every 30 days, up to a maximum of 6 months.
